Three Directors (Technical, Boys, and Girls) oversee Zone 1 teams, providing curriculum development, technical and administrative support, coaching staff evaluation and development, and game model implementation.
Each Zone 1 age group (other than U8) has an Age-Group Coordinator, who coaches the Blue team and oversees the other teams and professional coaches in the age group. This position ensures the development of all players in the age group, which is critical given the wide range of development at these ages.
We assign each Zone 1 team a professional Head Coach, who is responsible for running every training session, coaching every game, and managing the team throughout the year.
Additional staff include Zone 1 Supplemental Trainers and Goalkeeper Trainers.
Each Zone 1 team trains twice per week throughout the fall, winter, and spring seasons, excluding a break from Thanksgiving until the beginning of January.
All U8-U12 players also have the opportunity to attend Zone 1 Supplemental Training twice per week (on non-team-training nights) for 8 weeks in the fall and 8 weeks in the spring. This additional, optional training focuses on individual technical and physical development.
All Zone 1 teams participate in fall, winter, and spring leagues, as well as five tournaments/cups throughout the year.
League play consists of APL Acela, EDP, or CLS, depending on the level of the team. Tournaments include top local and regional events, again dependent on the team's ability.

Three Directors (Technical, Boys, and Girls) oversee Zone 2 teams, providing curriculum development, technical and administrative support, coaching staff evaluation and development, game model implementation, and college recruiting support.
We assign each Zone 2 team a professional Head Coach, who is responsible for running every training session, coaching every game, and managing the team throughout the year. At the U15-U19 ages, the Head Coach is also responsible for supporting players through the college recruiting process.
Blue and Gold teams receive additional support from Assistant Coaches, who rotate among teams during training sessions.
Additional staff include Goalkeeper Trainers.
Blue teams train three times per week, except during the early fall season. During that time, U15-U19 teams are primarily off due to the high school season. Similarly, U13-U14 teams train twice per week due to the middle school season.
Gold and White teams train twice per week throughout the fall, winter, and spring seasons. The top players on those teams who have interest in a third session may have the opportunity to join the Blue team for some of its third sessions.
All U13-U14 teams play in fall and spring leagues, while U15-U19 teams only play a spring schedule (due to high school soccer). Teams also participate in 5-7 tournaments/showcases/cups.
League play consists of National League, EDP, APL, or CLS, depending on the level of the team. Tournaments include top local, regional, and national events, again dependent on the team's ability.
All Zone 2 teams also receive...
